Box 0619-Myrtle Avenue x Adelphi St 4th alarm
360 Myrtle Avenue

Fire in a six story-multiple-dwelling. Pizza shop on the first floor.

Unsure of the whole rundown, just heard this one come over.

6 story 60x100 OMD per CIDs.

0234: 2nd alarm was requested for fire on the 1st floor in a store, with extension into a 2nd store.
In another report - it was said to be a kitchen fire with extension into the ductwork.
S/C 2 trucks

0250: 3rd alarm transmitted for fire on the 1st floor w/ extension to "numerous floors"
S/C 3 trucks between 3rd & 4th.

0320: 4th alarm transmitted with 2 trucks to fill the 4th alarm - fire in the walls upto the 4th floor, possibly 5th floor.

0347: PWH
