@ 1945: Engine 255 transmits 10-75-2452 for fire in an OMD at 1122 Ocean Avenue, near Farragut Road.

Engines 255, 281    Ladders 105 acting Ladder 157, 147   Batt. 41

10-75: Engine 250 (3rd due), Engine 248 (4th due), Ladder 172 (fast truck), Squad 1, Rescue 2, Batt. 33, Div. 5

@1948: 75-2452: Batt. 41 reports all hands on arrival, fire possibly on the 4th floor, out two windows, of a 6 story brick OMD 75 x 150.

1950: Batt. 41: two lines stretched with one in operation, primary searches being conducted, fire is doubtful.

@1952: Div. 15 requests extra engine and truck: Engine 276 and Ladder 113 s/c.  Batt. 41 advises fire is on the 5th floor.

@1955: Batt. 41: searches on the floor above the fire are negative, fire knocked down, fire is still doubtful.

@1959: Batt. 41: all visible fire knocked down, fire still doubtful.

Ladder 109 relocated to Ladder 172; Engine 246 relocated to Engine 281.  Engine 332 relocated to Engine 248.

@2007: Div. 15: Deputy Chief Jakubowski reports  primary search of fire apt. and floor above are negative, fire is probably will hold.  Fire duration is 25 minutes.

Ladder 10 (Manahattan) relocating to Ladder 147; Engine 228 relocating to Engine 255.

@2014: Div. 15: DC Jakubowski reports secondary searches still in progress, delayed due to Collyers Mansion conditions, fire is under control.  Fire duration is 33 minutes.
