DIV14: Need forthwith response from National Grid, we have a gas leak in the basement. Start out electric too.
DIV14: AVFKD. Evacuating exposures awaiting Nat Grid. Update them, the leak is on the stairwell that leads to the basement on the exterior.
DIV14: Request HazMat as well.
