Maybe AKA 4996 B'wy, but entrance to b'ldg. is on 584 W. 212 St - just saying!!!

CIDS are only as good as the person entering the info - don't worry, 3511 will figure it out.

Best idea is for CIDS entry for both addresses, cross reference both address aka's in each entry. You can add "ent on W.212" in the b'way entry.

just Google the Broadway address and the real estate ads will tell you that.
Both addresses show the same on nycmaps.gov.
