Do the FDNY members even use the services of the RAC vehicles ? At a few fires I have been to FDNY is in and out so fast that they don't seem to have time to use the RAC services.

Does this version have the FRS or GMRS cahannels also ?

Only other thing they might want to add is the distances to the exposures.

It may be useful in cases where there are water problems like dead,distant or frozen hydrants.

12/23/2022 12:21 hrs According to SI Dispatch an attempt is being made to open the engine room door today. Rescue 5, Squad 8 and other companies are joining Batt 33 at the Ferry Terminal.

17:20 to 18:34 that would be 1 hour and 14 minutes for full evacuation.

The newest Ferry. I rode it on Tuesday. I would be interested in finding out how long it took to evacuate 662 passengers. Since this was a minor incident it would probably represent a "best case scenario".

According to the first post on this fire the CIDS indicates "sprinklers throughout". I wonder what happenned to overwhelm the sprinkler system ? Was it the ebikes that caught on fire ?
