Very very rare those dwellings get work. I remember passing by that address for years on the way to all the other boxes in the projects saying “wow we have peaked roof private dwellings in our area” and never remember even getting a run there.
Nope not splitting hairs - its a good question. Yes they are over 11 years old but they are exempt. Not exactly sure why other than guessing they are maybe proven to be able to handle certain workloads which has deemed them a reliable spare by the shops in the first place.
