Batt.  41:    At  Box  2499,    We?re  busing  All ? Hands.    Fire?s  on  the  4th.  floor  of  a  6  story  brick  multiple 

dwelling.      We  have  2 ? lines  stretched,    1 ? line  in  operation.    Primary  searches  are  in  progress.   

Truck  Co?s  are  ?Opening  Up?    Fire  is  Doubtful.      We  have  ( 1 )  burn  civilian,  request  E.M.S.

Batt.  41:    At  Box  2499,    All  visible  fire  has  been  knocked  down.

Fire  was  in  a  vacant  Apt.  on  the  4th.  floor.    Workers  were  polyurethaning    the  floor.

We  had  a  flash  fire  in  the  Apt.      We  have  ( 1 )  worker  with  burns.   

We  have  1 ? line  stretched  and  in  operation.    Checking  for  extensions.    Still  Doubtful.
