I often do photoshoots nearby there for the view. That quickly could have gotten way worse, as there is no one generally in that building anymore. I think Staten Island fleet week stores some supplies in there, but other than that, theres a lot of flammable material around it, and not many people would notice for a good long while. I just wish they'd finish the Urby development and make that area shine.
