Can't picture where on Cromwell this could be. I think its more likely somewhere near the Mott Haven Junction- wear the Park Ave freight line splits.
Or maybe the old Bronx Terminal Market had street level track at one time? Or somewhere in Hunts Point/Oak Point?

Great obsdrvation Scooby-Doo. I could not recall train tracks on Crowell Ave.
