1836hrs- Car 2033 transmitting 10-75.
1st Alarm: Bedford Hills (Full Dept.), Bedford Engine, Mount Kisco FAST; Golden's Bridge Tanker 1,  Katonah Tanker 6

1837hrs- E-98 to lay the length of Stonebridge on arrival. M/A Tankers to scene.

1839hrs- Car 2033 rpts heavy fire involving 1/3 of a 1.5-story 75X40 P/D. Tankers 1, 5 and 6 enroute.

1844hrs- Fire 1st floor from the attached garage and into the house of a 3-story 100X75 (corrected). M/A Katonah Engine and Yorktown Truck to cover.

1856hrs- B-16 rpts tanker shutte set up, supply line established. Fire conditions the same. Tanker 17 to scene.

1858hrs- M/A (2) extra Engines to scene. Chappaqua and Katonah to scene, South Salem Engine to cover. E-146 to scene.

1900hrs- Car 2031 transmitting 2nd Alarm. 2nd Alarm filled out with an additional FAST. Yorktown L-51 to scene for FAST.

1905hrs- B-16 rpts fire 1st floor K/D (3) L/S/O on 2nd floor. M/A Pleasantville Tower for cover.

1918hrs- 3rd Alarm transmitted. M/A Croton Falls Engine for cover.
3rd Alarm: South Salem Engine, Ossining FAST, Chappaqua Rescue, Armonk Tanker 9, Somers Tanker 16

1927hrs- B-16 rpts heavy fire now on the 3rd floor. All members being removed from building. Going to exterior op's TL-57 going in service in front.
