Bat. 28 reports 3-story frame MUD, fire on 2nd. & 3rd Fls.,  2-lines streched, 2-10-45's no code in bucket from 2nd. fl.,  total of 3 10-45's Code 4.  Third line streched.    Div. 11 reports UC @ 8:33am  Tot. of 33mins.  Several additional units for relieve. There was an unheard MOM near end of incident.
 
I saw 271 on the scene but I'm not sure if they were 2nd due or not cuz they were not in front of the fire building. They may have come later for relief. Can anyone confirm? Anyone have a complete rundown this is up the block from me.
