Years ago Frank Biden, the President's underqualified baby brother, was hired by Federal Signal Corporation. Pretty much everything they make is sold to state or municipal governments. His only job was to get Florida (where he lives) lawmakers to respond to sales pitches from Federal Signal. And being based in Chicago, Federal knows how this works.
On weekly conference calls with the company executives he would frequently say "I've got to put you on hold, the Big Guy is calling me" (if true).
That explains how he got the job. I wonder if that act worked with the politicians buying Federal Q sirens?
