On the morning of Saturday, February 4th, 2023 the Levittown Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a house fire on Prentice Road off Teamster Lane. When firefighters arrived on scene they were met with a confirmed smoke condition inside of a two-story private dwelling. Upon further investigation firefighters found fire in the basement ceiling secondary to pipes being thawed out. Firefighters went to stretch two hand lines and put one hand line into operation. The fire was quickly knocked down before it could extend further and there were no reported injuries. Text courtesy K2M Photography.
