underestimating the risk is an understatement! I can't believe that is not normal for fire alarm systems to directly notify the fire departments in France. The article stated that he didn't want to bother the fire department with false alarms? Also interesting how some major buildings like the Louvre and several others have members of the fire department stationed on site.
