Can any body tell me what the three DACs Robert Colon, Michael Fields and Paul Miano are listed as Staff Chiefs? They are centre, south and north operations chiefs are they allocated car numbers or are they desk bound positions?

Those gentlemen are EMS DAC's. They should have car numbers but I'm out too long to even guess.

They are usually found at thier desks, unless a truly large MCI occurs

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Chiefs Miano and Colon back in the day as they came up in rank. Great guys!. Never had the pleasure of meeting Chief Fields. I wish them well!

Just looked at a photo of the Medals Ceremony from five days ago. It showed Chief of Department Sudnik standing with the Commissioner. Take it he is back as the COD?
