Either things have changed drastically or
It is probably a error.
I see that the CRF engine assigned is 319...
I did 319s route cards approx 8 years ago.
I am very sure that if anything 319 is assigned on the 5th alarm.
Does anyone have any clue as to why they were assigned to be the CFRD engine.

i believe that 4th engine on the fith alarm is listed as the squad unless it is on the first alarm assingment
Also, someone may not have gone deep enough to fix that when they became a squad. I remember a similar issue back in the 90s when engine 294 was disbanded. Someone never took them off a 4th alarm assignment and Queens was calling them on the radio before someone realized what happened.

After talking to a dispatcher it sounds like the squad was taken off the fifth alarm in 2021 when STARFIRE was replaced.
