Some beautiful imagery and a few great memories.  Thanks for those, Chief.

Can you imagine how much money those car owners will make when floods of US tourists want to ride in, or be photographed next to, those beauties!

This is probably the best compilation showcasing these cars......there are other less sophisticated (format wise) sites where commenters have stated a desire to travel there & arrange a swap where they will ship their current car from the US in return for one of the oldies being shipped to the US if & when it would be allowed......much scrutiny would have to be involved as there has been no (or little) access to OEM used parts some smuggled from Miami......many of them are jury rigged w/homemade  parts.....some make their own brake fluid w/a mixture of alcohol & detergent & tree sap....also they have replaced many of the engines w/an international manufacturer other than US...some original gas vehicles have been converted to diesel engined ....still you probably could not find a body in as good a shape as some of these especially a few of my favorites pictured .....the '55 Chevy.

That is amazing. Both the car and the driver. And that driver just might be better behind the wheel than some drivers 80 years younger.
