Is anyone else having trouble with the queens frequency I am no longer able to listen on both my portable and base scanners I am on 154.00 and 482.0132 and can not get them.

Does anyone know why I can no longer hear queens on my scanner ? I have 154.000 but I have not heard anything on there in a while also the other one I have is 482.02500 but this one does not come in clearly . is there a new channel ? Thanks

Queens box 1634 124  noel rd for a 100 lb propane tank leaking E 266 ,E 268 E 331 L 137 L 173 B 47 upon arrival 47 requests for squqd 270 and hazmat 1 for a confirmed propane tank leak and also states that there is a heavy odor of gas in front of 124 and 126 noel rd.
