It appears that the pilot/plane had reached V1 which is the take-off/abort point, different for all planes. Below it you can safely abort your take-off, above it you are committed to take off, you do not have enough room to stop.

Multi-county response with some up to an hour away. Mostly volunteer departments, I guess the response would be who could put a crew together and go.

It appears that the Boston feeds have been down for a little more than 2 days on Broadcastify/OpenMHZ. I know the BPD has gone encrypted, hope this is not the same for FD. At least the Mutual aid site is still up and running.
