On a technicality, 4 rescues. As 1 is assigned to the Brooklyn battery tunnel. On a side note, Manhattan also has boxes with 3 different rescues normally assigned (4 covers Roosevelt island, which is technically Manhattan, even tho access is from queens).

The squads are there for the technical rescue aspect. Not for the hazmat function.
