Ops on Tac 3
Engine 18 on scene, reporting heavy smoke and flames, declaring working incident.

1424: Engine 18 reporting attic fire, Engine 19 has water supply.

1428: Engine 7 reporting second floor primary search clear. Utilities secured.

1429: Water supply established.

1431: Ladder 16 conducting positive pressure ventilation.

1434: Exterior fire on alpha side.

1446: Command requesting investigator, FI03 assigned.

1500: Ambulance 1424P cleared from incident.
Under Control.

These are from the structure fire 4100 O’Hara Dr in Virginia Beach today. I was told it was possibly caused by something being thrown in the trash can on the side of the house. Michael Michael text & photos.
