BC51 reports Air Train is stalled with approx 60 passengers on board - PAPD is working to get it moving - if they can’t, a high angle rescue will be needed to evacuate the passengers

I was passing by yesterday when I saw it going over the parkway about 3 mph, just before it stalled out at Federal Circle. No idea what the outcome was, but I guess no news is good news.
