Your correct, when I was in L156 any boxes west of Ocean Parkway we knew E330 TL 172 would be first due. Getting out of Quarters and trying to maneuver down Kings Highway or Ave P was not the best, especially during a day tour!
Do you have times for M-9 and M-6, curious for they’re actual response times. When I was in Marine Division it was always a good guess when asked for ETA. Depended on tides, winds etc. Pilots were good in that but always went with the longer estimate.

Passing of Lt. Patrick Ward. Just heard from my old neighborhood that Pat Ward passed away, I don’t know if was 9-11 connected. I believe Pat was a Firefighter in E218 and Lt @ E 309, he has two sons OTJ.
