I’m adjunct faculty for a community college so I do pretty good, right around $30/hr. Most of our EMT students are paying their own way. Medic is a mix of making their own way, working private EMS, and an occasional department sponsorship.

OH-TF1 is on site and are beginning their 12 hour rotating shifts. Apparently all the teams coming in are staying on a cruise ship due to low availability of hotels due to the holiday weekend.

OH-TF1 is on the grounds of Wright-Patterson AFB. All FEMA equipment is packed in a way to fit on a C17, which they happen to have a bunch of at Wright-Patt. They’d be waiting for the guys to get there longer than they’d be waiting for the plane to be loaded and to MIA.
Columbus Ohio is adding companies. They only run TDA’s and TL’s, so it goes back and forth between adding either or, but I see what you’re saying about others adding. They run Pierce for their TDA’s and Sutphen for everything else.
