Collierville (no S) was a sleepy little suburb,east of Memphis that boomed as Memphis declined. 3500 people when I entered the fire service in the late 70's. Now they have 55,000 residents and a fulltime professional all service department.
Not sure they were cheaply built but agree with the maintenance issue over the years. Poor leadership in the upper ranks coupled with terrible budgets over the last decade has terrible consequences. I agree that the memo was lawyer generated.
Like all rigs , the devil is in the details (specs) and how close and detailed the buyer holds the builder to the spec. I agree that all OEM suppliers are gigging the crap out of the customers and add to that the BS that the EPA is putting out on the power plants for the rigs then all you have...
They will have to maintain the interlocal agreement. Greater alarm coverage and such. Will PBCFR keep the stations or lease to Jupiter or will they build new ones?
