You are both correct men!! Baruch Drive is a disaster currently with them building seawalls the west side now has six foot plus walls and they are adding additional 5 foot fencing making it impossible to supply the buildings but that’s a topic for another day!
They built a dual firehouse police station a block away. The blocks around the old firehouse on broome were eminent domained by the city, and remained vacant until just a few years ago.
@Bulldog The UFA has a job which is to represent FDNY fireman and fight for the best resources and manpower to do that. Nyc is a city unlike any on the planet we need five man engines, that’s what our union is fighting for.
The UFA was using it as a deterrent to closing companies, at the time over 20 companies were on the chopping block the city said our response times wouldn’t be affected. I think water on the fire is a great tool for the union, it shows what removing let’s say a doorman position actually does to...
Not any more Twoteamtease they turned East Houston into a two lane with protected bike and bus lane road now. Totally jammed it all up for Los Bomberos
Let’s just say the most memorable wasn’t made to taste delicious it was made more to send a message after hotdogs all week .It appeared delicious a beautiful lasagna but to everyone’s dismay once they cut into it….. filled with hotdogs! Everyone was laughing, well almost everyone!
