The bids where awarded before Ferrara was taken over by Rev group and pre Covid. Since the take over by Rev group their, Quality control has gone down hill…big time! The original Ferrara rescues have held up very well.

Or at any major prolonged incident where multiple Rescues are operating ,at the discretion of the Recsue Battalion or Dep Chief of Rescue Opps. They can be called in to relive operating Rescues at the scene or just in service to fill the void in the city.
