    Queens was Rockaway, Elmhurst and Queens General. The last two mentioned here were based on the Hospital grounds. All numbered in the forty's. Let's see if this frazzled brain can recall......QGH was 45? EGH was 46? and the Rock was 41 I think.

    If I recall correctly, the '55 FWD 75 foot wooden aerial rigs were bought from the Chicago FD as they didn't want them.
