    3 RCMP members in Moncton, NB Canada were ambushed and killed yesterday, and at least 2 others sustained gunshot wounds.  Extensive manhunt is still ongoing for the gunman.

    Foam Unit Question

    I believe it was E321 that lost their Foam rig in Sandy......are there "reserve/spare" rigs that run in its place?  Or would they just s/c another foam rig to respond in its place?
