    3/6/22 Brooklyn --- "WATER RESCUE" Box 3654, BRIGHTON 1ST RD AND THE OCEAN.

    4:05PM Report to 911 of a water surfer and kite going under the water. PD Helicopter basket has person back on land by 4:28pm. and EMS is on scene. PD reports the victim was never under the water.
