Confirmed Helicopter in the Water.

The Pilot is the only Person in the Helicopter and is currently out of the Helicopter.

1 Line Stretched.

14:40 - Marine 1 is in the Process of Securing the Helicopter to the Bulkhead.

14:48 - D-1 reports that Secondaries are Negative. Helicopter was recently Fueled Up. In the Process of determining how much Fuel is Onboard. Awaiting Coast Guard arrival.

14:58 - D-1 reports that they are awaiting the Army Corps of Engineers for Removal of the Helicopter from the Water. Haz-Mat will Remove the Fuel Afterwards

15:07 - D-1 reports that the Engineers request that the Helicopter be Towed out of the Water due to the Water Current. Marine Units are in the Process.
