I think E-59 was on the initial alarm & E-69 was 1st due on the 2nd. I did not see any indication of E-69 responding, but I do have photos of them at the job. I also think on the 2nd Alarm it might have been L-40 & TL-45 & E-93 replaced E-71. L-23 should be on the initial alarm.

I see my G-Man theory was in effect with the absence of TL23 on the initial alarm, and what about L28 not coming in as the FAST truck? ???

E-69 & L-28 were on another box, both became available but only E-69 went to the job on the 2nd alarm.L-28 was told to remain 10-8

E-93 did not respond on the 10-75.  E-93 and L-45 were operating at another box when this came in and both were assigned as additional units on the second alarm.
