 Don't know but this isn't the first one with their 1999 Seagrave, remember this one?  http://nycfire.net/forums/index.php/topic,5.0.html   They're supposed to get one of the new Ferraras next year.

  1999 Seagrave rearmounts were pretty durable compared to post-9-11 models. I only hope the next generation of Ferrara/Smeal rearmounts hold up as well, only time will tell...... ::)

Several previous posts have referred to the upcoming Ferrara ladders as having Smeal ladders.  The 100-foot four-section ladders might be described as "Smeal-type ladders," but they will be Ferrara ladders manufactured by Ferrara.
