 1st Due Engine & Truck E161/L81 were not available? ??? And I see that the 2nd due engine 152 was sent in as the 4th engine? ???

Yeah there was an MVA on the Verrazano Bridge on the upper level and then a report of another on the lower level by the SI anchorage and R5 was sent down there and then this box hit - you're getting a lot of action for one evening : :
