I seriously doubt that Engine 227 was 3rd due or even went to this fire.  I believe the better chance is that it was Engine 217.

  Yeah, 217, also 210, 214, 218, 222, 235 are all closer.

Probably either I misheard the dispatcher or made a typo - could have been either 217 or even 237 depending on availability etc
