Haven't seen so much action in Queens in a long time.  Flushing and Jamaica areas have been jumping.

  Not so much a surprise in South Jamaica or Flushing but some places like Fresh Meadows, Jewel Ave, Douglaston and even Glen Oaks are noteworthy.
