  I think you meant E-263.

BOX 7472 came in around 01:14 it was made a 10-18 for a 10-33. It was transmitted again and E-260 gave a 18-84 10-75.BN-49 asked if it was E-260 that transmitted the 10-75 and the Disp. said yes.
 
I spoke to a guy from 260 today. This was brought up and he said they were at quarters.they went on the 10-75
263 and 117 were in front of the building.and 263 had the first line on the 2nd floor
