MANHATTAN ? A suspicious fire erupted early Saturday morning at the South Street Seaport, fire sources said.

The blaze broke out in a trailer on Pier 17, near South Street, just before 1:20 a.m. and spread to a tent, the FDNY said.

The fire was brought under control about 20 minutes later and deemed suspicious.

No injuries were reported.

The Seaport did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Suspicious fire in South St. Seaport area? ??? :  How many here remember during Giuliani's time of a mysterious lunchtime fire in the bldg. next to Pier 17? City Hall has been conducting an investigation into suspected racketering at the Fulton Fish Market and had asked the operators to submit their financial records. On that same day, a fire breaks out at "high-noon". ??? :

E6 was first on the ticket, 4 and 6 arrived at the same
Time but 4 drove onto the pier.  2 lines were stretched off of e4, one by 4 and 6, the second by 6 right after 4s was in place
