2/3/11 -- Great Structure Fire Video before FD Arrival

I don't have any idea when 911 was called . . . (maybe 2 or 3 minutes into this video, who knows) but on the surface it doesn't seem like the greatest advertisement for the Tucson FD's response times.  Or maybe they have UCT in Tucson . . .
 
Those people must have forgot to pay their fire taxes. Even volly depts get in quicker than that.

I notice that also.  It makes sense for the two guys that came in the pickup truck (command staff?) but it certainly doesn't for the ones on the engines.

Does Tucson still have a contract fire protection department, it used to be Rural Metro?  Or have they gone back to having their own department?
