The first card was before Engine 246/H & L 169 moved to Banner Ave. The second card is before H and L 159 was established on Jan 1 1947

Yes, I forgot to mention that. Notice how in 1934, ladder companies didn't travel long distances to relocate but instead, they had "move-ups" which is why there were two relocations for every ladder co. filled.

There were a few Old time Supv Dispatchers that used that method well into the 60's. A Little note here about relocations when Gman puts up assignment cards you'll notice that E 249 and L 113 are never on the relocate side of the card. They were 1st due at Kings County Hospital and never relocated. I don't know what year that was recinded
