Average amount of runs for a ladder company is 2,953
422,345= total runs
Average amount of runs for an engine company is 3,795

- Average yearly runs for engine (3,795) and ladder (2,953) companies might be all-time high?
- Engine 303 went to 144 all-hands or greater fires. That would mean, on average, every 18th time E303 responds on a non-EMS run, it was for an all-hands or multiple alarm fire.

Frank, thanks for your great website and all the great info it provides
Great job with the numbers. Traditionally, companies that are relocated out of their quarters for work being done, have significantly lower responses for the year. With that being said The numbers should not represent their normal amount of unit responses all being higher than number posted. Also the fires category represents all types of Fire in structures, that including rubbish in hallway, compactor fires, oil burner fires, burnt food on top of the stove, etc. Companies relocated out of quarters during 2016 were Ladder 8. Squad 41. Would need help with the others!
