E1 – Explosion from an underground PECO transformer, requesting Box to be struck.
BC1 – At least 2 transformers involved and another explosion has occurred, notify PECO again who says their ETA is within an hour.
BC1 – PECO & PGW have arrived on location, using 1&1, remaining companies standing by.
