E302: We're monitoring PAPD radio, some kind of chemical spill, Building 22B.  We're continuing in to Building 269.

Receiving another call reporting Building 269 holding area for civilians feeling sick from a chemical spill.

Battalion 51: Have all 1st alarm units respond to building 269, there has been some kind of chemical leak while offloading from a plane, there are people with symptoms, we're just getting particulars from Port Authority, their ESU is on the scene.

BC51: At this time, Port Authority personnel has some type of chemical spill while offloading from a plane.  They are saying there is 1 injury, and they are escorting the Battalion, 2 EMS units, Squad and HazMat to their staging area.

BC51: At Box 0302, we're at the PA staging area, 23A on the ramp side, we're operating with HazMat, Squad 270, and 2 EMS units in the process of determining the chemical.

TL155: Be advised any additional FD units into Box 302 will be staging at Building 14.

BC51: At Box 0302, you can release all units.  HazMat is still standing by at Building 269 and all other units are taking up.  We're taking up as well, just waiting for an escort off the property.  EMS is taking 1 patient to the hospital.

BC51: At Box 0302, Port Authority ESU is handling the incident, they're going to overpack the chemical.  HazMat and Squad are standing by, all other units in the process.  Everyone will go 10-8 when available.  10-80 no code (HazMat - other).
