1720: 75-3735: Batt. 41 reports transmit the all hands, two lines stretched, one about to go into operation, fire in a one story taxpayer 40 x 50.  Exposures: 1- street, 2- similar attached, 3- unknown, 4- 2 story taxpayer.  Fire building address is 2470 Bedford Avenue, near Clarendon Road, Flatbush Section of Brooklyn.

@1722: Batt.41: request extra engine and truck, two lines in operation, searches in progress, fire is doubtful.  Engine 240 and Ladder 174 s/c.

@1727: Div. 15 is 10-84.  Receiving auto alarm in a PD at 2449 Bedford Avenue.

@1728: Ladder 107 relocating to Ladder 174.  Ladder 107 redirected to Ladder 120.

@1732: Ladder 112 acting Ladder 113 is 10-8.

@1733: Div. 15: Deputy Chief Cartwright reports visible fire knocked down, primary searches are  negative, fire is still doubtful.  Fire duration is 17 minutes.

@1736: Engine 217 acting Engine 248 is 10-8, responding to box 1550.

Good goin', John.  Anybody can listen to the archives and report on a fire that's already happened, but it takes SKILL to report on it 10 days before it happens!  : ;D :    BTW . . . maybe they oughta transmit a 10-41 on this post  ??? ???

Fire in the cockloft, they just went exterior on this. 2 Engines, 2 Trucks & a BC for watchline @ 1830.
