  Just saw a notification at 6:50pm that an EDP jumped on TL21's rig  at 8th Ave. & 42nd St. while they were responding to a call
 
Pardon my ignorance . . . what's an EDP (to me, it has always been Electronic Data Processing . . . and I can't imagine that jumping on a tower ladder)?  :o

And just because the guy mistook the rig for an Uber.  Learn from this, you non-New Yorkers:  Nobody gets sympathy in this town.  The guy did get a free ride but that's beside the point.
 
the nypd in the late 70s replaced the term "psycho" with EDP..emotionaly disturbed person.
