B23: We Have Contractors That Were Digging A Hole With Oil Burning At The Bottom Of It, No Exposure Issues - 14:35.

B23: All Units Can Continue In On A 10-20, Stretching (1) Foam Line - 14:36.

B23: Have E152 & F152 Respond In Emergency Mode - 14:39.

Wonder who 4th due engine was, if 162 was the extra above the AH. Not many engines it could have been. I did hear 153 acting 167 on a class 3 in the area so don’t think it could have been them either.
