Box 646 normal response IS: E16, E5, E14, TL7, L3, BC6 
Regarding L24 making a crosstown trek to Bellvue? L24 comes out onto W. 31st St. which is westbound towards 7th Ave. which is northbound to narrow 32nd St. to travel east across B'way, 6th, 5th, Madison, Park, 3rd, 2nd & 1st. It's a dangerous run inviting trouble at each congested intersection they traverse, JMO.
