UPDATE: COMMAND/INCIDENT COMMANDER REPORTS A TOTAL OF 17 INJURED, ALL NON-LIFE THREATENING.

Normal response should be: E37, E59, E35, HL40, L30, BC16. Assignment card from 1970 had L14 as 2nd due truck and E36 as 3rd due engine:

If L-14 wasn't 2nd due, where were they?  L-45 came down as the SOC Support truck and L-26 FAST....also saw L-23 w/the TL up in a picture...

TL-23 got in first due and confirmed the building collapse.

BN-11 had a floater in the vicinity of 95th St. & the Hudson. 37/40 might have been down there at the time. Rescue put a diver in the water.

Why does a building collapse onto a bus with many injuries only become an all hands, yet a single truck through a wall with one casualty is a 10-60? There does not seem to be any consistency with the responses.
