95' Tower Ladders

A quote from Redlight:

"A pre-bid conference was held on March 2nd, for the pending combined three year contracts for the construction of several 95 foot towerladders. Representatives of three major fire apparatus manufacturers attended this conference, as well as FDNY Fleet Services management and other NYC government officials. The total number of new 95 foot towers to be ordered has not been released as yet."

Any information on who the three were? We can certainly guess the first two but who was the third? Pierce?

The 3 "major" apparatus manufacturers were: Seagrave, Ferrara and Rosenbauer. Please don't dispute this, I got this info from the FDNY Shops.
