It is with deep regret that the UFA announces the passing of Active Firefighter John F. Rowe Jr of E21. John, only 39 years of age, gave 7 years to our department and did 2 tours in Iraq in the Military. We are eternally grateful for his service to both our city and our country. We send our deepest condolences to his family, friends and to the members of E21 at this time.
